Return Policy
How do you return to us?
You can return your ordered item(s) inside 14 days return after receipt
- Returns are at your own expense and responsibility. We cannot be held responsible if a return package is not delivered to us or the package is lost. (Always keep your track and trace)
- You can download our return form below. You must fill this in fully completed to include with your return shipment.
- The item(s) you wish to return must meet our stated return conditions, which can also be found on the return form.
- After preparing your return shipment, you can send it back with your chosen supplier. We will process your return as soon as we receive it.
- Multiple orders can only be returned together if a separate return form is included for each order.
- For hygiene reasons, jewelry, swimwear and hair accessories cannot be returned.
- Clothing may only be returned if:
- The product has not been worn and is not damaged
- Tags/labels still attached
- Contains no (make-up) stains, odors
If the product does not meet these requirements, we unfortunately cannot accept it. The item can then be returned at the customer's expense.
SALE returns?
Sale items may be returned to us. If they are returned in original/new condition.
When you return a sale item(s) to us, you will receive a voucher worth the amount. With this you can shop again.
When will I get my money back?
We do our best to process your return as soon as possible after receipt. We do this within 7 days after it has been delivered to us.
After receiving confirmation that your return has been processed, it may take 1-3 business days for the money to appear back in your account, depending on your payment method.
Please note that if your return shipment does not meet our requirements, we will unfortunately not be able to process your return. If we receive your return and it does not meet the requirements, we will leave it for you for a maximum of 14 days. In the meantime, you can contact us to have the package returned at your own expense. If we do not hear from you within those 14 days, we will unfortunately not be able to do anything for you after that.
When you place an order above € 100, shipping is free. If you decide to return items and the value of the order falls below € 100, we are forced to deduct the free shipping costs from the amount to be refunded.
Warranty:
Is an item unfortunately not quite to your liking or would you prefer a different size? No problem! You can return it within 14 days return to us at your own expense .
We do not offer a washing guarantee on our items. If problems arise after washing your ordered item(s), this is your own responsibility. Unfortunately, we do not do anything about this.
If there is a production error or something similar in your received item(s), you can report this within 24 hours of receipt by email info@lovafashionstore.nl. We would like to receive photos with this. If we do not hear anything within 24 hours of receipt, we offer no guarantee.
- We do not offer a guarantee on loops and/or hooks in crocheted sweaters and/or cardigans.
- We do not offer a warranty on pilling of items, loose threads, jewelry and belts.
- We do not offer a warranty on holes etc. that are not reported within 24 hours of receipt.
